Retrieve By:		Currently can retrieve by GenBank, UniGene, LocusLink, and IMAGE ID's. Examples: BC014651: GenBank ID for HOXB6(homeo box B6, human) 98428: UniGene ID for HOXB6(homeo box B6, human) 3216: LocusLink ID for HOXB6(homeo box B6, human) 4548382: IMAGE ID for HOXB6(homeo box B6, human)
Your Folder		Sequences will be kept for one week at your folder in User Folders directory. Two files in your folder includes: 1. RLT.html file: a summery of information about retrieved sequences. 2. All_seq.FASTA file: only all sequences retrieved in FASTA format. DO NOT use the same folder for more than one task, as the RLT.html and All_seq.FASTA files of the latter jobs will overwrite previous ones.
From To		From "-200" To "100": upstream 200bp and downstream 100bp relative to the gene start site. From "-4000" To "0": upstream 4000bp relative to the gene start site. From "0" To "4000": downstream 4000bp relative to the gene start site. From "start" To "end": retrieve the whole gene sequence.
